The Beat Goes On-November Events

This month, a pair of storytellers and a master accordionist are visiting the Moorhead Library as part of our The Beat Goes On Series!

Travel the world without leaving the library. WonderWeavers storytellers Colleen and Tina will share stories of mystery and intrigue from many different lands. Bring the whole family along on Wednesday, November 7 at 6 pm.

Dan “Daddy Squeeze” Newton

Join us for what is sure to be a fun concert with Daddy Squeeze. Daddy Squeeze is a master accordionist who plays a mix of global music he calls “ethnoclectic music”, bringing together varied styles including Swing, Cajun, Tex-Mex, Celtic, Blues, and more. Daddy Squeeze will be at the Moorhead Library on Thursday, November 15th at 10 am.

All events are held at the Moorhead Library and are free and open to the public. Events in The Beat Goes On series are funded in part or in whole with money from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund. If you like programs like this, be sure to let your legislators know.
